Allergy bed linen

Please let our staff know if you require allergy bed linen.

You are welcome to request additional pillows and blankets at reception.

Arrival / Departure

Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, your room will be available until 11:00 am. You can leave your luggage at reception until your departure.

Baby equipment

Please let us know if you need a baby cot. We will charge you a one-off fee of € 15.00 for this.

Bathing bags

For a deposit of €50 you can obtain bathing bags for your trip to the Badeparadies Schwarzwald at our reception.

Breakfast buffet

Our breakfast buffet with regional and homemade specialities:
Monday - Sunday from 07:00 to 11:00

Car park

Please use our free on-site car park.

Charging stations

We offer charging stations for your e-cars. The e-car charging stations are located on our premises. We charge a flat rate of €15.00 for charging.

Credit cards

You can pay your room or restaurant bill conveniently by credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and EC cards.

Dogs

You may take your four-legged friends into the restaurant, but please do not place them on chairs or tables.
Dogs are allowed in the hotel room by prior arrangement and at an extra charge of €15.00 per night.  

Duvets

Please let reception know if you need an extra duvet.

All escape routes are marked, fire extinguishers are located on each floor.

Emergency exits and escape routes

You will find an escape plan in your room. Please take a good look at it. Escape route lights will show you the escape route in an emergency, our assembly point is opposite the hotel.

Hotel entrance

Please always take your room key with you if you are out for longer than 10 p.m., as the outside doors are then locked.

Laundry service

You are welcome to leave your laundry at reception for cleaning until 9.00 am.
We are happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board.

Lost property

Please hand in any found items at our reception or to our staff.

Luggage

You are welcome to store your luggage at our reception on arrival and departure.

Petrol station

The SHELL petrol station is located approx. 3 km from our hotel in the direction of Hinterzarten.

Printing

We offer secure and private printing facilities at our reception.

Reception

Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. During these times we are happy to help you with any questions you may have.
You can reach our night porter between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.

Reservation

We are happy to take your reservation for your next stay at our reception. You will always get the best room rate with us!

Restaurant

Our SchwarzwaldStube is open for you from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00, our kitchen closes at 21:00.
We recommend that you make a table reservation.

Safe

Each of our hotel rooms has a room safe.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all our hotel rooms and public areas! Ashtrays are available for you in front of all outside doors. If you disregard the smoking ban in the rooms, we will have to charge you a special cleaning fee of €300.00!

Towels

Please contact our reception if you require additional towels.

Train station

The nearest train station is in Hinterzarten or Himmelreich, about 6-10 km away from our hotel.

Umbrellas

We offer umbrellas for hire at the hotel. You can pick them up at reception.
