Did it taste good...? Really good food stays in your head. So that you can say the same about our Hofgut cuisine, we pay attention to sustainability in every respect. It starts with the ingredients, which are remarkably fresh, regional and seasonal. We do not buy products from distant countries. We prefer Black Forest delicacies and ingredients ‘produced in Germany’. Classically prepared à la Black Forest, but also creatively modern, they pursue one goal: to leave a ‘lasting’ impression on your palate!
