Twice as good!
SECRET TIP: OUR RESTAURANTS IN THE BLACK FOREST
Eating shouldn't just be satisfying, it should be an experience. So it makes sense that there are two gourmet locations in our adventure resort. When we are asked for an insider tip for restaurants in the Black Forest, we are proud to say that not everywhere tastes as ‘real’ as here. Eating fondue in the Black Forest? Strengthening after a hiking tour? Try traditional specialities in a new guise? You can do all of this in our insider tip restaurants in the Black Forest!

Why is everything on our menu so fresh, seasonal and regional? Quite simply because the Hofgut cuisine is our top priority. We transform what the surrounding area has to offer into à la carte classics of Black Forest and Baden cuisine, modern interpretations and seasonal highlights of the day. A touch of ambition always blows through our kitchen, and so we like to serve up the unusual - for vegans, vegetarians or all-round gourmets: there really is something for everyone. And if you're thirsty, we've got the right drop.
Opening hours:
Breakfast from 07 to 11 a.m.
Monday to sunday from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 6 to 10 p.m.
Hot meals until 9 p.m.
We are happy to reserve a table for dinner for our holiday guests. Please book in advance at reception.

Come on in to the good FondueStube! It's a wonderful place to spend chilly autumn and winter evenings. The first fondue restaurant in the Black Forest is located on the ground floor of our KuckucksNest. The warm Swedish stove is not only cosy, but also delicious. We will spoil you with a fondue menu with soup, side dish and dessert, also as part of a company or Christmas party. After all, wintertime is fondue time in the Black Forest, and it tastes twice as good in the cosy chalet ambience!

Would you like to celebrate, get together and enjoy a small get-together? Then we cordially invite you to the old customs house. Rustic, romantic and historic, it offers an unusual ambience for up to 12 people. Our customs house is also the ideal location for Burn a Brettle! Curious?
